Our Story
Milne Plumbing & Heating was founded in 1979 by Scott Milne, and employs a staff of 10 experienced and highly skilled plumbers. Today, Milne Plumbing & Heating is co-owned by Scott and his son, Andrew. Together they work to service the Cape Ann community to solve any plumbing and heating needs.
At Milne Plumbing & Heating, our plumbing professionals are all focused on three primary objectives:

Andrew Milne

Born and raised in Manchester, Massachusetts, Andrew Milne grew up around the plumbing and heating industry and is proud to continue the family business built by his father, Scott Milne. Over the last nine years working at Milne Plumbing & Heating, Andrew has remained dedicated to the company’s core values of honesty, reliability, and quality craftsmanship.
As the next generation leading the company, Andrew is excited to continue serving the local community while expanding the business and maintaining the level of customer care Milne is known for. His goal is simple: provide dependable, high-quality work and ensure every customer feels confident in the service they receive.
Scott Milne
Founder, Owner, Master Plumber
Scott Milne, the founder of Milne Plumbing & Heating, was born and raised in Manchester, Massachusetts, holds the Master Plumber designation, and has been providing exceptional plumbing services to the North Shore community for over 40 years.
Scott is a past president of the North Shore Plumbing Association, and currently sits on the Plumbing Board of the North Shore Regional Vocational School.
In 2018, Scott was named "Businessman of the Year" by Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he was recognized as an Industry Luminary by Contractor Magazine in its February 2015 issue.
